Australian orders
Please allow 7 working days for Standard Post delivery. Delivery times are calculated on business days, (Monday to Friday except public holidays).

International orders
Please allow 14 working days for Standard International Air mail. Delivery times are calculated on business days, (Monday to Friday except public holidays).

RETURNS
We want you to be absolutely happy with your purchases from Venerate.

You can return any faulty product within 3 weeks of purchase.

Once the refund has been approved, Venerate will credit your original method of payment with the price of the ordered goods.
